Well it’s been a little while since I blogged so thought it about time I blogged again.
Something has happened in the past few weeks, something has “clicked” and things appear to be falling into place, and falling off me! In the past 2 weeks I have re-focused on my food and exercise and have lost 1.6kgs, yay! I have no real idea what has changed but I’m pretty happy about the changes. It has been so so long since things moved in the right direction for me.
Have this week off work so I booked PT sessions for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with my regular session on Thursday, phew! Yesterday (Monday) I did PT, spin and treadmill. Today I had PT, treadmill, spin, ABT and zumba, double phew! I am knackered but really want to use this week to boost myself and have a great loss, will keep you posted.
My goal of 68kgs by the retreat is within my grasp, watch me go!!!!!!!
